Where can I get Dog Meets Dog?

Dog Meets Dog is shipping soon. iOS is coming soon, and an Android preview is available. There is no App Store or Google Play download yet.

Use email and password, Continue with Apple on iOS, or Continue with Google. Email sign-up asks for an email, a password of at least six characters, and password confirmation. If email confirmation is enabled, check your inbox before signing in.

Why do I need to confirm my age?

Dog Meets Dog is an adults-only community. On the age gate, confirm that you are 18 or older, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and continue. The gate cannot be skipped.

Why can I not finish onboarding?

Onboarding requires a dog name, breed, positive age in months, at least one dog photo, and a selected home park. Photos can remain pending while they are reviewed. Choose a park from the searchable map to complete the final step.

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the reset link.

Location and Discover

Why am I not seeing nearby dogs?

Discover requires foreground location permission. Check that location services are enabled, then try again. You can also widen the distance filter or clear age, size, energy, and play-style filters.

What do the filters mean?

Distance uses radiusKm from 1 km to 100 km, with 50 km as the default. Age filters use months. You can filter by size (small, medium, large), energy (low, medium, high), and play style.

Why did check-in fail?

Check-in requires location coordinates and places you within 200 m of the park. Move closer, enable foreground location permission, and try again.

Matches and chat

What is a match?

A match is created when both dogs like each other. The match reveal can include a compatibility score and story when the profiles have comparable data.

What can I do in a match chat?

Chats are scoped to the match. Send text, use profile-based icebreakers, share an owner photo, see read receipts, or propose a playdate with an optional park, time, and message.
