Is Dog Meet Dog free?

Core features — profile, Discover, matching, and chatting — are free. Premium features (unlimited Super Likes, advanced filters, see who liked you) require a subscription.

What areas are covered?

Dog Meet Dog works in any area with enough active users. Urban and suburban areas have the most profiles. Rural coverage is growing.

Can I use it for just casual meetups, not dating?

Yes. Set your outing preference to Casual in your profile settings. You will only see other owners looking for casual meetups, and your profile will only appear in their feeds.

Matching

I am not seeing any profiles

• Check your distance radius (Settings → Preferences). A very small radius in a low-density area may show zero results.
• Ensure location services are enabled for the app.
• Try widening your dog-size preferences.

I matched but the chat is empty

Say hello! The chat does not auto-generate an opener. Tap the chat and send a message — a question about their dog is always a good start.

Can I rematch with someone I unmatched?

Not currently. Unmatching permanently deletes the conversation and removes both profiles from each other's feeds.

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Enter your email or phone number and follow the reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all data.
